The enzyme syrup made with Hime lemons will be ready to drink around Saturday, January 25th!

I recently made enzyme syrup using organically grown Hime lemons from Hiroshima.

Hime lemons look like small mandarin oranges, and even when cut, they still look like mandarin oranges. The cross-section is like a flower and very cute! They were very juicy, and as soon as I mixed them with granulated sugar, the juice started to come out. It will be ready to drink around January 25th, so please look forward to it!

Our last customer today visited our cafe for the 100th time! They are also the one who gave us our mascot, Sloth-kun. We took a picture with Sloth-kun and a thank-you gift. Thank you so much for visiting us many times ❤ We look forward to seeing you again!
