Today (February 15, 2025) was a peaceful day with time flowing gently. It was the perfect day to relax at Sloth Cafe. Well… from a business perspective, that’s not ideal, though! (lol)
Now, we’ve started sharing souvenirs from the owner’s travels! 🎁
First, we’ve placed some raw sugar from Kikai Island in the self-service corner. Feel free to use it for your coffee or tea. (We also have agave syrup available!)
Next, we have “Machu Powder”, made with Amami Oshima’s island chili peppers 🌶️ and Tankan oranges 🍊. If you love extra spice, try it on curry, pizza toast, nachos, or anything you like! 🔥🔥🔥🌶️🌶️🌶️
We also have “Chinsuko that pairs well with coffee” 🍪. Some people may not be fans of Chinsuko, but if you like it, feel free to ask for some!
All of the above are available for free!
Additionally, we’ve started preparing Tankan enzyme syrup made from Amami Oshima’s Tankan oranges 🍊. Tankan is a natural hybrid of navel oranges and Ponkan, known for its exceptional sweetness and rich vitamin content, making it great for beauty and health!
