Today, April 8th, 2025, was the first day of school or entrance ceremonies in many areas.
To all the children who have started kindergarten, entered a new school, or moved up a grade—congratulations! 🎉
The weather was perfect for the occasion, and with the cherry blossoms still hanging on, we imagine many of you captured some wonderful memories under the spring sky 🌸📸
🍊 Featured Today: Freshly Finished Enzyme Syrups
After preparing them slowly and carefully over the past two weeks, we’re happy to share that two flavors of our house-made enzyme syrup are now ready! ✨
- 🍊 Pink Grapefruit
- 🍊 Wild Mikan (Japanese mandarin)
The wild mikan is a bit different from the ones you usually see in supermarkets.
It has a plump, juicy texture similar to hassaku oranges, with a subtle bitterness—a truly grown-up flavor.
Its refreshing taste even reminds us a little of grapefruit.
Both syrups have turned out beautifully in color—so vibrant and uplifting just to look at!
🥤 How to Enjoy
When mixed with soda water, the flavor may seem a little light at first.
But give it a gentle stir and a few minutes, and you’ll find that the juice from the fruit slowly melts into the drink for just the right balance.
The fruit pieces are delicious too—please enjoy them together with your drink! 🍹
We’ll be here again tomorrow, ready to welcome you.
