a refreshing chilled soy milk rare cheesecake and our classic freshly baked biscotti✨
❄️ Chilled Soy Milk Rare Cheesecake
This is a renewed version of our popular “soy lemon rare cheesecake” from last year —
with a brand new recipe that’s even smoother and more refreshing than before ♡
It still features creamy soy milk and now includes a touch of seasonal citrus enzyme syrup 🍊 for a light, fruity flavor.
It’s the kind of dessert you’ll finish in no time — even after a meal! 😋
On top, we’ve added a special crushed jelly topping made by freezing enzyme syrup-based jelly into a crunchy, icy texture 🧊
The experience is: cool → melt → fluffy — all in one spoonful. A fun, summery sensation!

This time it features a coconut and cashew combo 🥥✨
