🧘‍♀️ Mom’s Yoga Workshop

On our regular closing day (Monday), we held another Mom’s Yoga Workshop.
Our instructor, Kayoko Isobe, is loved by moms and has been teaching here at Sloth Café for over 10 years.

Before each yoga session, she shares uplifting and positive stories, refreshing both mind and body ✨.
After yoga, participants enjoy a lively lunch gathering filled with conversation and information sharing.
With our tatami seating, moms can even join the yoga session while lying next to their baby 👶.

📚 Sloth Storytime

This session’s theme was perfect for summer — “Ghost Stories”!
Three young children listened intently, completely captivated by the picture books.
While the kids were absorbed in the stories, parents enjoyed a relaxing café time ☕.
