On October 17, Sloth Café celebrated its 2nd anniversary!
We’ve been able to continue operating happily and peacefully thanks to the support of so many wonderful customers. We truly appreciate your kindness and love for our café.
Recently, we had a special visit from Y-san, a guest from Adachi’s welfare facility, Yazai Welfare Garden (@adachinosato).
Y-san is actually an upperclassman of my second son from the same special-needs school!
At Yazai Welfare Garden, users can choose their own activities through something called “individual activities.” This time, Y-san and his mother personally requested, “We’d like to have tea at Sloth Café!” ☕
And, secretly, his mother also came by to “peek in and see him feeling a bit nervous” 😆 — what a lovely moment!
We welcome visits like this with open arms.
