Notice Regarding Seasonal Enzyme Syrup
Now, an announcement from the shop. The Apple Ginger has finished, and the “Pink Grapefruit Enzyme Syrup” we prepared the other day is now ready.
You can deliciously eat the fruit part as well. Please choose your favorite way to drink it: mixed with carbonated water, cold water, or hot water.
And for the next enzyme syrup, we have prepared “Blood Orange”. The vivid contrast of orange and red that appears when sliced into rounds is beautiful, and just preparing it brightens my mood. This is a menu item that sold out in a flash last year. Please wait a little longer until it is completed.
[Event Report] Blender Food Study Session (Nutrition Gathering)
The other day, we held a blender food study session led by Dietitian Akane Tomioka. Thank you very much to everyone who participated.
We learned in an easy-to-understand way how to supplement nutrition that is lacking with tube feeding alone, mixed with the real-life experiences of the instructor’s son. The before-and-after X-ray photos showing the thickened bones of her 18-year-old son were highly persuasive, and there were many surprises and learnings. She also introduced recommended foods that can be added to meals without changing the taste, and I immediately ordered some myself.
“You are what you eat.”
Just as this saying goes, I want to review my daily diet a little and get my body in good shape. I have nothing but gratitude for Akane-sensei, who taught us such fulfilling content for free.
