Recently, we held the 2nd “Let’s Talk About Visiting Dreamland in a Wheelchair – Calling All Disney Lovers!” event.
After the first session, we received requests from readers of our previous blog post, so we decided to hold the second one right away!
This time, six families joined and had an exciting and heartwarming conversation about their favorite Disney moments.
To our surprise, another group of customers who were dining in a private room at the same time spontaneously joined in!
Before we knew it, the entire café turned into a joyful Disney talk session full of smiles and shared tips.
One of the families is even heading to the park this week — have a magical time! ✨

Meanwhile, at the Soka Central Disaster Prevention Plaza, the Hanano-wa Market was held, and Sloth Café joined the event!
We served our special Soy Milk Green Curry, which was very popular and sold out quickly.
Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by our booth!
If you enjoyed our food at the market, please come visit our café and relax with us sometime soon. ☕️
We also received a lovely delivery of organic sudachi (Japanese citrus) from Michaël Farm in Kamiyama, Tokushima, thanks to our staff member Hisae, who leads our handicraft club.
We immediately sliced them to make enzyme syrup — their bright green color is simply beautiful! 💚
Our Pink Grapefruit Enzyme Syrup is also almost sold out and has been very popular for its delicious fruitiness.
Be sure to try it before it’s gone!

🌸 Additional Note
From October 8, the International Home Care & Rehabilitation Exhibition (HCR) will be held at Tokyo Big Sight.
We visit this event every year to learn about new products, helpful tools, and the latest trends in assistive technology.
It’s also a great opportunity to share user perspectives directly with company representatives — we hope our feedback helps make future care items more user-friendly.
Anyone can attend, so we highly recommend visiting if you’re interested in welfare or accessibility!
We look forward to seeing you at Sloth Café soon — a barrier-free space where everyone can relax and enjoy heartwarming time together ☕️💕
