At the recent “Guruguru Expo” held in Ayase, Adachi Ward,
we had the opportunity to sell our special Guruguru Expo Limited Cookies
at the booth hosted by the Association for Children and Adults with Severe Disabilities in Adachi Ward.
Thanks to everyone’s support, they completely sold out!
Thank you so much to all who purchased our soft, melt-in-your-mouth swirl cookies.
Handmade towel aprons and other adorable items crafted by the wonderful moms from the Association are still available on consignment at the display wagon next to our register.

This month’s enzyme syrup is made with the wonderfully fragrant Bergamot Orange.
While bergamot is well-known as the aroma behind Earl Grey tea and various essential oils, the fruit itself isn’t commonly eaten.

🍝Pasta Delivery to a Special Needs School & Paste-Food Support
We recently received a pasta delivery order from a Tokyo Metropolitan special needs school—also the alma mater of the owner’s son.
For some students, we provided pasta as paste-food, prepared using enzyme powder to keep the mixture smooth while maintaining nutrition and minimizing added water.
At Sloth Cafe, we are able to accommodate paste-food requests during private events or group reservations.
