[Sloth Cafe] We Would Appreciate It If You Could Warmly Watch Over Our Trainees

Thank you for your continued patronage of Sloth Cafe.

Today, we would like to share with you about the “Vocational Training Program” that we have been running for the past two years.

Meeting Diverse Trainees

At our cafe, we welcome a wide range of trainees, from short-term participants (2 days) to long-term ones (up to 3 months). The trainees have various intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities, with degrees ranging from mild to moderate.

Most trainees face their tasks with dedication and seriousness, even in an unfamiliar environment.

“In the Midst of Training”

However, they are still in the midst of training to enter society. In the past, there have been situations where trainees were unable to handle situations well due to nervousness, made mistakes, or caused inconvenience to customers. Such instances may occur in the future as well.

Our staff provides full support and guidance, but if there are any shortcomings, we would appreciate it if you could warmly watch over them.

A Request for Our Customers

The experience here will be a significant asset for their future.

If you notice anything, please do not address the trainee directly (as this could lead to panic), but rather, it would be helpful if you could inform our staff directly.

As a community learning space, we strive to be a place that you can continue to support warmly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
