Hello! This is Sloth Cafe. Today, on our regular closing day, we held a cooking club session for moms, hosted by my organization, Brave Kids (Supporting Siblings of Children with Disabilities and Their Families)!
For today’s menu, we steamed Mantou (Chinese steamed buns) using bamboo steamers and made several side dishes to fill them with. Our tiny kitchen was packed with 10 people, making it a lively and bustling cooking club!

🥤 Today’s Special Recommendation! New “Refreshing Brown Sugar Banana Milk”
We are very excited to share some big news—introducing our brand-new drink, “Refreshing Brown Sugar Banana Milk”!
While many banana milks from juice stands and trendy smoothie shops tend to be thick and heavy, we are going against the grain (haha) with our signature style: a light, smooth, and refreshing banana milk!

At the bottom of the glass, we pour our homemade brown sugar syrup, slowly simmered and caramelized right here in our kitchen. The light banana milk pairs perfectly with the deep, rich sweetness of the brown sugar syrup, making it incredibly easy to drink!
It is the perfect beverage for early summer—especially when you want to cool down and quench your thirst after walking into our air-conditioned cafe from the hot outdoors. Please come and give it a try!
